It's really tight, and seems to push different buttons than with vaginal intercourse. I can defintely orgasm from it, I call them "assgasms", heh. Some sort of fluid starts to come out of the ass at those times, it's white and thick, don't know what it is.
This isn't something I do often, but it can quite pleasurable. If the ass is played with first, made to feel "at home" (you know, fix it a cup of tea, etc. :P ), use a dildo, go just inside, and then out--a lot, then the ass gets the idea that something is going to be in and out of it a lot.
