ObieX: Nibiru is the name of that planet, and nope, their predicted date is already past. I believe it was somewhere in June or some such. It's supposed to come along every 3600 years and is inhabited by the creatures the Bible speaks of like giants and such.

But there are numerous explanations for all the debris between Jupiter & Mars. Intense gravity, a comet collided with it and caused ruptures, or even a space-war.

I gotta admit the last one seems the most interesting

also, the astronaut was telling the truth, there was life there, namely 2 people from the USA.
