part of it could be the general difference in size. women are, on average, smaller then us guys. so when doing weight-bearing exercises, we're carrying and throwing around more weight than the women are. although once you take things in relative terms, this idea might not hold water. our added size also means that we could be building up more body heat faster, so we're sweating more to get rid of the heat. or maybe women are just sweat glandular freaks.
