Happened to me a few minutes ago at a Burger King here in Germany, luckily I had my Cam-Cellphone with me...
btw:
purely coincidence, the order was:
2x Double Whopper Mega Menu, with Cheese, no pickles
1x Onion Rings
2x Barbecue Sauce
