Could be low blood sugar levels.. I dunno. I'm pretty sure it's not low blood pressure because I got a check up a few weeks ago and it was normal.. and when I was at Wal Mart last week with some friends we all did that BP checking machine they've got on the pharmacey and I was on the high end of normal...
As for eating regularly.. I certainly do that. I eat a lot! Breakfast, snack after class, lunch after some more classes.. snack, night class, then dinner.. and 3 protein shakes mixed into the day depending on when I work out...
I guess I'll make an appt to see the doc next week, maybe sooner if it happens again.
