HELLZ YEA!!! I was gonna say that before I even read battlemouth's post. Meat grinder, or woodchipper, or snowblower or something like that. I imagine there's worse ways to go, but thats the first thing i thought of!
Long drawn out painful terminal disease would be horrible, but I'd off myself before that. Unless I was in a coma or something, now that would be absolutely terrible.
Oh yeah being eaten alive by a load of piranhas or sharks or something would be pretty bad too.
