OH forgot to tell u! If you want to make the sheppherds pie a little less fattening, after you fry the meat, drain out the oil from the pan, without loosing the meat! you can use a strainer, with small holes if you want. It should also make the sheppherds pie less liquidy after you bake it, but its extra sauce for me..Tell me how it turns out!
