This is difficult for me to answer
because from personal experience I have never been with a lady who has not cum with intercourse.
That is...if we have been able to complete the act. (there have been times where we have been interupted)
And most have been able to cum multiple time over a session.
I personally believe this has to do with the comfort level of the woman,
and the skill of the male, as well as his attention to her pleasure.
Since I tend to focus on her, rather than myself
and I have taken the time to make her feel comfortable,
maybe this is why I haven't experienced this issue during normal encounters.
However, I won't say that all encounters have been wonderful,
there have been difficulties & awkwardness in specific sessions.
But if given the chance to continue our intimacies,
then soon everything works out and we are able to give each other mutual pleasure to completion,
and multiple times.
Again, I believe it's attention to the pleasure,
and the comfort and sharing of the partners that allow BOTH to climax as many times as they would like.
Practice also helps too.
Don't expect first-time encounters to be the best,
if anything, they will be the worst,
as each person learns how to be comfortable around the other,
and learn each others' desires and rhythms.
I would expect more out of 2nd or 3rd time sessions.
Unfortunately, since people have a tendency to make a mountain out of a molehill,
and place certain expectations on encounters,
especially when it comes to sexual intercourse
2nd and further sessions are not given a chance.
People need to understand that it just doesn't happen always on the first time with a new partner.
Women are especially sensitive to this issue.
Expectations need to be realistic
Comfort levels need to be raised
Pleasures need to be explored
Attention & empathy needs to be applied
If this was allowed more often, and partners less selfish,
Then I think your stats and experiences would be more favorable.
All or nothing, is not a philosophy to be applied to sex.
It is not a sport.
The goal of sex is that BOTH sides win.
