Meh, if they get there earlier then the time they said on the phone I'll give them 2-5 bucks depending on what I have, but if not, no tip. Only other way I'll give a tip is if they say something funny, or are cheerfull/polite etc., then I might fork over extra.
I just don't feel I should be paying more then what I'm told on the phone, especially since I usually can only just afford that.
