Dammit. Of all the things to need help with...

here's what I got. You can see it in action at http://iris.komta.com

The menus on the left are contained in a cell of a table. All three are also tables, width="95%". Why in the bloody hell is the third one different???

I cut and pasted the code. I don't understand why it's different, and it's pissing me off.

Anyone got an idea?
