Of course by "looking older" i mean they have some pretty sizable boobs. Back when i was that age girls were flatter than a prairie freeway. I've seen many 13 year olds with D cups spilling half out of their low cut tops.
Nice to look at and of course it's not like i'd ever get the opportunity to touch anyways.
