my wife is on the pill and we frequently have mutual orgasms so pulling out is not part of teh occasion if you know what I mean.
The only time she was off the pill was after the birth of my daughter, someone told me that breast feeding prevented ovulation, needless to say we now have two children 11 months apart (you do the math)
