Ok, now this is some scary shit. This guy probably lost sight of the fact he was fucked up on a drug, saw some pretty crazy shit crawling around on his dick and/or tongue, then decided the best route to get rid of it was chop it off. All the while he had no idea he was hallucinating. When you are drunk and feel like shit, at least you know where the sickness is coming from. Taking a drug that eliminates your immediate sense of reasoning is some seriously crazy shit!
