hmm, true. My conversion was wrong. the OC3 is shared between a block of apartments that are all seperated and Level3 is providing it. They do the split at the end of block circut box and divide the OC3 amonst the 4 buildings symetricaly. The system then load balances as needed.
Where a large group of architects colaborating, so the typical file sizes where passing are 1GB renders
at actual scale. Costs us all (each) 200.00US per three months. Cheap when you think about it. Only 10.00 more than DSL in Providence.
