When Lucian gets shot by Kraven, how the hell did he live? Kraven shot him with those bullets that had the liquid nitrate in it. Those bullets, as explained by the black english vampire "head gun guy", were designed to get into the bloodstream, making it impossible for the werewolves to spit the bullets out, like Lucian did in the scene when he bit Michael.

Lucian had injected himself with the blood from Micheal. Somehow, that kept him alive.
