I dunno what I think about soulmates. If I had one, I'm sure it'd be Jinya. She and I have had so many common experiences (although going through a bad marriage will probably do that), and now we're so complimentary to each other that I can't imagine spending life with anyone else. We share so many of the same attitudes and beliefs and such.
I suppose that it's possible there's another person out there that I would mesh as well with. I'm not going to go to any trouble to find them, though.
As for your situation, enjoy being as close to the person as you can, and let `em know you love them. (I'm sure you do already.) Do what you need to to fill the smaller spots of your life that he can't take care of. And come visit so we can take your mind off things for a while.
