I read through alittle bit of this. But a everyday item that can be used that most of us carry around is a Credit Card.
Another neat idea would be Chop Sticks. OUCH!
A Wet towel.
Sure a belt was mentioned.
For ladies or even a man. A Shoe heel can hurt.
