I have an electric, sadly, cuz gas is awesome, like most of you have already pointed out. Just like my grandma has, that's what I dream of owning one day.
I guess it's like having sharp knives in your kitchen... you'd think it'd be more dangerous (than dull ones), but the opposite is true. Well I think that applies to gas stoves too. I mean, once you know what you're doing...
