Those who might experience stiff joints (ok, no pun intended there-Ha!) may want to use peanut oil. It's great for arthritis or sports strains.
.....At least according to my Sensei, and she's a nurse & health therapist and all those good New Agey Things.
As for J&J Baby Oil...oh how that brings back fun and juicy memories. It works too. You can add the fragrances to it and make your own personal recipe for massage and all that implies!
