I prefer an unscented massage oil that i can vary to my own preferences. I've been using Apricot Kernel oil for a while, now, which is easy to find a health food store. I like to add sweet orange, rosemary, or eucalyptus oils. Also, you can beef up a basic oil's healing qualities by adding stuff that is too potent by itself, like vitamin e and carrot oil.
