Does anyone else think that it is ridiculous that the police in this case are stating that Phil Spector is guilty even before he is tried? How will the man ever get a fair trial if he is already convicted by the police in the press?

Granted, we do not know all the details behind the death of Linda Clarkson...and he could well be guilty as hell, however, I feel that the police should keep their statements of guilt and innocence out of the press until all the evidence is presented to an impartial jury.

Good 'ole LA cops at it again.
