i didn't do it for 4 years at my office, but have started to whack it every so often when i feel the need (1-2 times a month) recently, looked at too much porn
have have one bathroom for our office in the back of our warehouse for the 4-7 people at our office, but i only go for a tug when there are only 1 or 2 others here (during lunch, dead afternoons, etc)
