I have to drop whatever I'm doing and be dragged into your boredom? No thanks. I read news items on the Internet, participate in message boards, play games, read books, or listen to music when I have idle time. Boredom is usually a sign of lack of imagination or laziness.

I'm sorry to say, but for the past fifty years, we have been killing our children's imaginations. With TV, video games, and the PC, it has made imagination-building extinct. If you want to cure boredom, go back to the blocks and crayon days.
