Geez. There was an episode of Homicide: Life on the Street where a Yankee fan was killed by an Oriole fan (or vice versa, can't remember), but I'd never think this could actually happen.
Of course, it COULD give Red Sox fans some ideas for the next Yanks-Sox game at Fenway...
