I meditate when I have the discipline to do it. Try counting your breath each time you breathe out. One to ten then back to one again. As you do it, try to be aware of all your sensations, but not attached to any one of them. Sit down, stand up, lie down, go for a walk in the woods or whatever while you're doing it. Up to you.
