No, its a GT-40, named for its 40 inch height.
Good luck finding a real one, only the Mk.III is road legal, and they made just 7 of them. If you see one on the road, you can be 99.9% sure its a replica (see a nice example here:

That said, I'd love to have one, but I'd be afraid to drive it. As far as a replica..its not worth it for such an uncomfortable car, maybe as a second car, but I wouldnt drive it much.
