You have to love the simple fixes.
I searched all over google. I reinstalled the iTouch software. Then I looked at the back of the keyboard to find the model numb er, for tech support.
On the back of the keyboard there is a picture of a person clicking the connect button on the keyboard and the one on the reciever. Before now, I never pushed the reciever's button. Of course right after I pushed it, the keyboard works flawlessly. Maybe there is a reason why things come with instruction manuals
