Well it started when Gary Delabate, aka Bababooey, was talking about his cartoon cell (cell= a single frame from an animation) collection. Well I can't remember if he was talking about his favorite cell, or one that he had just aquired, but he mistakenly called the subject Bababooey, when it was really the blue horse known as Babalooey(sp?). Well it stuck with him.
