I've noticed that Optimum Online is raising their cap also. But I'm paying $44.95/month for it. However, I'm addicted..I could never go back to dialup again.
I just went to Broadband reports and did a speed test and I got 670.3 KB/sec = 5491 kbps. It's never been that high before !
