Thanks for your help everyone.
I know couple of new things now.
1. Water is pumped out, not passively drained, when the dish washer is done.
2. The water path is rather narrow. Things can get clogged in there....
I opened the dish washer up in the bottom and I saw the pump and stuff but I don't know what to do with it.....maybe I'll take apart the bottom from inside to see if there is a clog, but I'm kinda afraid I wouldn't be able to put it back together.
