Thanks, I got her to change it via the Control Panel and it seems to have done the trick, so once again, thanks!
Now she wants to set up a home network, was quite annoying 'cause I found a switch for her that's half the price of mine that I bought a month ago and much better
Ah well, feels good to be walking a PC n00b into geekdom.
