Try requesting it before you get into foreplay. If she goes into the foreplay knowing you want her to do it and knowing you like it and are okay with it, that might change her tune. It's all about knowing when to bring it up. For instance, asking her to come on your face just before she's about to orgasm, when you haven't established already that it's okay, would probably be inappropriate and uncomfortable for her. Try asking her or talking about it when you're not about to fool around, too. Warm her up to the idea slowly. I'd suggest researching it and educating her: that it isn't pee and that you can't pee when you're having sex.
