Another good shrimp recipe is:
1 lb shrimp
Olive oil
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 thinly sliced fresh chilis
Ground black pepper
Clean, unshell and devein the shrimp, mix with a liberal amount of olive oil, squeeze on the lemon juice, and mix in the chilis and ground pepper. Let it marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes, then grill over high heat (or broil in the oven) for a few minutes or until pink.
