Stuff from home, like a hard boiled egg and also a small container of cottage cheese with the fruit in it and a V8. Some cut up veggies or string cheese, too. I've lost a lot of weight and that's thanks to the South Beach Diet. It's great and fairly easy to follow and the first two weeks weren't that hard on me. You basically give up white breads and fattening processed foods and sweets. I'm glad it worked!
