Im with smithja0423 and the others, unless shes moving a certain way, its easy to lose it on your back. (It really is a great view though).
If thats the case, talk to her about it and see what you two can arrange. Changing positions during sex can make it better, make it last longer and make the end more.. satisfying, but once you figure out how to make it work, do it.
