Well that movie
CLAIMS to be the "BLOODIEST MOVIE EVER". But, All that happens is that the lead guy (can't remember name) starts firing two machine guns, and we start to see a "score" ticking up with each kill, á la a videogame, the "score" goes well into the thousands, but you don't actually see these thousands of people! At best you see a few dozen!
My vote is still firmly on Hard Boiled. Anyone who likes action, (and doesn't mind subtitles) simply HAS to see this film.
While your at it, check out The Killer, also by John Woo and strarring Chow Yun Fat. Not as good...but close!
What we really need is someone with a large DVD collection and way too much time on their hands to set up a "Body Count Archive" website!
