My wife has purchased one or two for me to wear when we're being frisky.
She figured If she was expected to wear sexy underwear, then turnabout was fair play.
Every once in a while I'll sneak one on before we go out someplace and whisper in her ear that I am wearing it. Probably 70% of the time that leads to crazy tearing off of my clothes once we get back home.
