Haptonomy
My docter advised me to go to a Cesar therapist who also does haptonomy. I just came back from the intake and she (the therapist) want's to focus on the haptonomy with me.
Is there someone out here that can tell me what to expect? I did a little research on the internet but it all sounds very vague...
What is your experience with this?
