Hi Bob... watch Bob Newhart and everytime someone says "Hi Bob" everyone drinks
Chug Boat... Everyone picks a character on Love Boat, and every time he/she is on screen, the person drinks. (This is also effective with shows like Threes Company, etc)
And maybe the dumbest of them all... Red and Black. Get a deck of cards, one person picks red, the other black. Flip cards one at a time and when your color comes up, you drink. For more people you can also add the even-odd and face-number options.
