Jinya has a Logitech TrackMan Wheel. It's a good "mouse"; easy to use, fits into the hand (and would even, I suspect, fit your large hand.) The only thing is that the trackball is thumb-maneuvered, which doesn't give you as much fine motor control. If you can, find a trackball with a ball that's maneuvered with the index finger. You'll get more control.
My overall preference, however, is for my Alps Glidepoint. After an initial learning period, it becomes your mouse of choice. I love the damn thing.
