My ex bought me some and made me wear it. It is more comfortable the more you wear it. Saying that I only pull it out once in a blue moon. As for the last drop it works the same as briefs. It soaks it up and drys. When going commando or boxers that drop has no where to go but down your leg. Maybe its me but that just feels way too grose.
