The Star Wars side would win. They have jedi powers and the like, whereas the Star Trek side has conventional weaponry. Also, the firepower of the SW side is incredible compared to ST. A Super Star Destroyer is as big as the entire Federation fleet! A swarm of TIE fighters would whip them to shreds.
I am afraid the action would be the same on the ground as well. Phasers are no match for light sabres and pulse rifles.
But, if you were to compare acting styles and comprehensible plot lines, then Star Trek is vastly superior. George Lucas couldn't write a plausible script if he tried.

Alice, that dog has been licking his own asshole for three hours. I would venture to say that there is nothing there that requires more than an hour's attention. So I would suggest that whatever he's attempting to dislodge is either gone for good....or there to stay.
