well ive never hitchiked...
but my dad did quite a bit when he was in highschool/college... mostly around the sierras and yosemite area...
my dad and i picked up some guys that were going to tuolome meadows from yosemite... and my dad told em all about the climbs and hitching he had done around yosemite...
