well, the anxiety i'm sure doesn't *help* your situation any. perhaps try it with her on top and when you feel yourself going down switch to a different position again until you're at full mast again, lather rinse repeat. if you practice toward her being on top as the end result, and work your way toward it gradually trying to stay hard longer when she's on top, maybe you'll one day be able to do it in that position for a long time. (i believe that staying in one position is way too boring)
