my recommendation... find the nearest ballroom dancing school....
wait for their weekly or bi weekly possibly monthly if you live in small city, dances...
pay the cover... stand and wait... people will ask you to dance...to practice... for themselves.. let them know you don't know and they will inadvertantly teach you
