Anyone else get this shady looking e-mail?

I'm almost 99% sure it's a scam. 1. They only take debit cards (no credit cards, what?) for the shipping costs. 2. The site looks like crap. 3. There secured link takes you to a page with a security certificate issued by a non trusted company.

Anyone heard of this company?
