since I bench so little
I'll start it off, and after seeing my pathetic number im sure everyone will be a little happier to share their own
I don't bench very often, it's not part of my chest workout..I use a public gym and don't go with a partner, so using it by myself ties up the bench for a while and I can't safely do my maximum, because if I ran out of steam i'd be shit outta luck
but as it is I can bench around
120 hehhhh but im interested in how much you guys bench?
