I would not start worrying just yet. While this was a very embarassing situation, the earlier wanks of the day may have raised the required horny-ness level too high.

Were you tired? Was there alcohol in your blood? Were you nervous? Did the situation seem 'too odd'? Any of these things could have played a part in it.

Don't worry about it unless it happens more often.
