Naoto Hatori. It looks like vintage surrealism, but with a very contemporary sort of techno-organic sense and a nasty sense of humor. The pieces that play on the Mona Lisa are hysterical!
The surreal elements owe a debt to Dali, it looks like. I assume you're familiar with at least Dali's more popular works? I'd suggest you look deeper into his oeuvre--beyond the melting clocks, at least. You'll find a lot of similarities in terms of human body distortion and the intersection of random elements.
