yes a baby passes through but I believe over the term of the pregnancy the vagina reaches a dilation of 8 - 10cm...so, yeah.
Good luck though, like Viking said trying new things is always a challenge and when success comes it can be pleasure for both--if not necessarily physical pleasure.
